1Getting Started

GenAI Resume is an AI-powered resume optimization platform that helps job seekers create tailored, professional resumes. Our AI analyzes job descriptions and optimizes your resume to highlight relevant skills and experience, increasing your chances of getting noticed by recruiters and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Simply upload your existing resume and paste the job description you're applying for. Our AI analyzes both documents, identifies key requirements and skills from the job posting, and rewrites your resume to better match what employers are looking for while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

GenAI Resume supports DOCX, TXT, and PDF formats for uploading your resume. Generated resumes can be downloaded in DOCX format, which is compatible with most word processors and applicant tracking systems.

2Pricing & Credits

We offer three plans: Free Plan (3 resume credits per month at no cost), Pro Plan (15 resume credits per month for $9.99/month), and Premium Plan (50 resume credits per month for $19.99/month). Each credit allows you to generate one optimized resume.

No, resume credits do not roll over from month to month. Any unused credits at the end of your billing cycle will expire and cannot be carried forward, refunded, or exchanged. Credits reset at the beginning of each new billing period for paid subscribers, or on the 1st of each month for Free plan users.

Upon cancellation or termination of your account, all unused resume credits will be immediately forfeited. No refunds are provided for unused credits or any remaining portion of your subscription period. We recommend using your credits before canceling.

Payments are billed on a recurring monthly basis. If you choose a subscription plan, payments will continue unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information in your account settings.

No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period or unused credits. GenAI Resume may, at its sole discretion, review individual cases and consider partial refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis, but is under no obligation to do so.

3Using the Service

The number of resumes you can create depends on your plan. Free users get 3 credits per month, Pro users get 15 credits, and Premium users get 50 credits. Each credit allows you to generate one optimized resume tailored to a specific job description.

Yes! After the AI generates your optimized resume, you can download it in DOCX format and make any additional edits using your preferred word processor. We recommend reviewing and personalizing the output to ensure it accurately represents your experience.

Yes, we take data security seriously. Your personal information and resume content are processed securely and are not shared publicly or with third parties. If you delete your account or request data removal, we will securely delete your data, except where retention is required by law.

No, GenAI Resume does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or any specific outcome. Our AI helps optimize your resume to better match job requirements, but hiring decisions are made by employers. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the AI output before using it.

4Account & Support

You can manage your subscription from your Profile page. Click on "Manage Subscription" to access the billing portal where you can cancel or modify your plan. Remember to cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your Profile page. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to additional credits. When you downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
